Terence Smith is CEO and Founder of Kingdom Builders Financial Group since 2005. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry as well as leadership training, development and networking. He is a family man, business man, motivational speaker and minister of the gospel. Mr. Smith not only has a passion for building business, but for building people. The vision that God gave Terence for Kingdom Builders Financial Group is changing people’s lives all across the nation. Debra Smith, President/Chief Financial Officer
Debra Smith, wife and right hand to Founder/CEO Terence Smith, spent 10 years working for the Internal Revenue Service. This experience has proven to be an awesome benefit to her position as the President/CFO. In addition to her professional background, Debra has been in ministry for many years serving as a spiritual mentor to teens and young women throughout her community. It is an incredible blessing and honor to have her in such a prestigious position of leadership in the KBFG Family. Debra shares her husband’s vision to see people economically and spiritually empowered and set free from the bondage of poverty and beyond, which makes her the perfect partner to this dynamic duo leading the team of KBFG.
Kimberhly Hopkins, Chief Operations Officer
Kimberhly Hopkins comes to KBFG with a decade of experience on the residential side of mortgage lending, where she taught first-time homebuyer classes for two city organizations. Her years of professional experience and knowledge, along with her shared vision for kingdom building, made her the best person to be Chief Operations Officer of KBFG. She has an unquenchable passion for people and desire to serve God's Kingdom. Ms. Hopkins is an excellent motivational speaker with a specialty in empowering people in the areas of spirituality, personal development and health. Combine all of this with her boundless energy and devotion to teach others, Kimberhly makes a great asset to our "Dream Team" Staff and Family!
Jillian Carter, Vice President
Jillian Carter has a professional background in Engineering and Architecture. Her impeccable business and social skills, creative ability, passion for empowering people and years of experience in Ministry and Leadership prepared her for the role of Vice President at KBFG. She shares the vision with the rest of the leaders at KBFG to economically and spiritually empower people and communities. When she first arrived at KBFG as a Short Sale Consultant she took this passion and built upon it in a fashion that made the CEO take notice and bring her into the “Dream Team” Staff to help build this company and concept of kingdom building to infinity and beyond.
